Shipping Policy Refund Policy

General Shipping & Processing: We strive to ship orders next day, however, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends & holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number, what is included in the shipment, and a link to track your package all the way to your door.

 

International Shipping: Please note duties and taxes are not included in your purchase, upon arrival depending on the country you will be required to pay your local postal carrier for the duties and taxes separately. These fees are not place by Zuri wa Asili and we are not responsible. For more information on your countries duties and taxes please visit your local postal carrier.

 

Order Policy: The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not adjust. Please be sure to verify your address to ensure that it is correct. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

 

Items not in stock: Due to high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. If this occurs, we will take all necessary steps to advise you in a timely manner if this occurs.

Refunds & Returns: We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations. However, if there is anything wrong with your purchase, please contact us as we would love to assist.

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rectify any mistakes.
