Can you make a custom order?

For custom order inquiries kindly contact us. Custom orders do, however, have a minimum quantity order and are dependent on specified ingredient availability.

What is the body butter shelf life?

Since there is no water in our body butter formulas there is little room for bacteria growth. The approximate expiry date is 1-2 years from opening.

My body butter arrived melted and “half empty”

All our body butter and scrubs are made with shea butter (and/or mango butter) that are melted and then whipped to achieve a fluffy and soft consistency. Unfortunately, if you live in a warmer climate there is a chance your body butter may arrive you melted. The skin benefits are still active, and the body butter is still usable. If it is liquid, please place the body butter in the fridge for it to get hard.

What is the body scrub shelf life?

Although the body scrub doesn’t contain water, it will be in contact with water. There is a natural preservative mixed which can preserve the body scrub for 6-8 months.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As our products are handmade carefully processing time can take anywhere between 2-7 days before shipping. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible and each customer receives an email confirmation letting them know once their order has been shipped.  

If I ordered the wrong product or want to cancel it?

We are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed, please ensure to review your cart before submitting an order. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.

What happens if I received damaged goods?

If you receive damaged items, email admin@zuriwa.co.za photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. Since the damage will have occurred during shipping, which is not the sender’s responsibility, you will be eligible for a replacement product on the house but will just need to pay the shipping fee.
